I'm an energy worker with a soft spot for the fairy world and the animal spirits. I've trained as a Peruvian Shaman in Golden Light Healing and hold a Reiki Master certification. My practice is child-friendly, family-friendly, and always rooted in the light — never dark energy.

Mary Allen — Reiki Master, shaman, storyteller.
I'm a Peruvian-trained shaman in the Golden Light Healing lineage and a Master-level Reiki energy healer. I work with children through the fairy realms and with adults through shamanic healing.
I have a strong connection to the elementals, the fairy folk, and the animal spirits — I let the situation choose the helper. I wrote Grandmother Rose & the Fairy Children to bring that gentle magic to little ones everywhere.

Yes — everything I do is gentle, light-energy work. Children can stay fully clothed, a parent is welcome in the room, and we go at your child's pace. Nothing scary, nothing dark.

Yes. Reiki, fairy messages, and shamanic sessions can all be held over video call. Distance energy healing works beautifully; many families prefer it for shy little ones.
Reiki is a gentle Japanese hands-on system to rebalance your energy. Peruvian shamanic work is a ceremonial tradition using breath, intention, and spirit helpers to release old patterns. I use whichever the moment calls for.
